Hello! I'm Robyn Martin, the Agent Development Specialist for Coldwell Banker Realty's North Region Offices. I am here to help agents maximize their potential by providing best practices and tools.

In 2018 I started my career with Coldwell Banker Realty as a Sales Support Administrator for the Ringwood, NJ office. In this role I supported the Office Branch Manager and Agents in promoting the office through community events, processing transactions and I learned all about the CB Desk Tools. As I come from a training background, my passion for training and development was ignited. I was thrilled to become an Agent Development Specialist allowing me to share knowledge, best practices and the "how to's" of the comprehensive CB Tools package with our agents (YOU) to help you create success with your business.
